Delete your account

This page applies to WordPilot, provided by HEYK Software Solutions LLC.

Delete in the app

1. Open WordPilot and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Review the consequences and complete both confirmations.

Data that is deleted

Deletion removes your WordPilot identity, projects, conversations, documents, uploaded files, images, and other private content associated with the account. Any active subscription managed by WordPilot is cancelled as part of the process.

Data that may be retained

Transaction records, security logs, and backups may be retained only for the strictly necessary or legally required period, then removed according to our retention cycles.

Delete without app access

If you cannot open the app, send a request from the email address on your account. We will verify your identity before deletion.
